Our pet policy: clear conditions
The majority of our buildings in Valencia welcome pets. The exception is the Calle Turia building, which due to its characteristics does not have this option available. If you are travelling with a pet, let us know when booking and we will confirm availability in the buildings that do accept them.
The applicable conditions are as follows:
- Maximum of 2 pets per apartment.
- Monthly supplement of €200 per pet. This covers the specialist cleaning protocol we apply at the end of every stay with pets.
- Increased security deposit for stays with pets, in line with the cost of the deep cleaning process carried out at the end of the contract.
These amounts are not arbitrary surcharges: they cover a specific cleaning process using professional machinery designed to eliminate pet hair, allergens and odours. We increase the cleaning hours after check-out in pet-friendly apartments to ensure the next tenant receives the apartment in exactly the same condition as any other. You will never know whether a pet has previously lived in that apartment.
