Early check-in and/or late check-out may be requested (this service carries an additional cost). Our team will do its best to accommodate any request, subject to availability.
House Rules
Smoking is not allowed, except in apartments with a balcony or terrace.
Up to two small pets are allowed in apartments that are clearly indicated as pet-friendly.
Parties and events are not allowed.
If cleaning service is included or contracted, the apartment must be kept tidy so our team can clean properly.
Do not leave trash or personal belongings in common areas. Please use the appropriate containers and clean up any spills.
The tenant is responsible for keeping the furniture and equipment in the same condition as when entering the apartment.
* Please respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Cancellation Policy
Within 12 hours of making the reservation, the booking payment will be refunded (minus transfer fees). Once this initial 12-hour period has passed, the booking payment will be non-refundable.
More than 60 days before check-in: the reservation fee will be retained.
Between 60 and 30 days before check-in: 100% of the deposit will be retained.
Between 30 and 15 days before check-in: 100% of the deposit and 50% of the rent will be retained.
14 days or less before check-in: 100% of the deposit and 100% of the rent will be retained.
